Kristen and I are working on the storyboard. We’re just pasting the script into powerpoint and then matching the corresponding pictures to the content of the script. The only thing I am waiting on is for Augo to give me the CD of pics back that I gave him. UNLESS, Karri you can give me the pics from the marketing department?

yep, anthony and i are taking care of this…i should how my part completed by tonight. anthony reminded me that we can put powerpoint on buzzword, so unfortunately we will have to put everything back on lake online. i know dr. bobele does not care too much for it so if anyone has any other suggestions, let us know. but if may just be that we have to go with what we got…thoughts?

Liliana has a good point I remember there being concern that the vocabulary from the script was way too advanced for average clients at the CCS to understand. We should all pitch in on buzzword and make the terms on the script as simple and understandable as possible.

I already started making revisions to the script on buzzword to make it more simplified. The only question I have is if buzzword has track changes? When I made some of the changes that Dr. Bobele suggested, it erased his comments.

Yeh, I don’t think buzzword has track changes.
To answer your question, Anthony: no, I do not have those pictures from the marketing department. It’s only until we decide which ones, will she give them to me. She does not want to release all of the pics to me because they are property of the Lake. Also, because we all had to sign waivers when they took those pics, she mentioned something about this….if we are going to use them in a public manner, then we must obtain consent again for this specific purpose. I remember in some of the pics there are students who have already graduated from the program so I don’t know how feasible it will be to obtain their consent.
I am willing to take additional pics if we need/want them. We just need to decide on which ones we need and then I can do it. I love taking pictures!

i was telling anthony today that i will tend to the other revisions on the script. he said there were a lot of comments that dr. bobele had and since i am doing the script with anthony, i told him i would assist with this part too. we can always change things later, but this is just so we can get the storyboard in a form that is easier on the eyes..

The odered script with Spanish translations is the one we are editing so please feel free to make the necessary changes everyone. We are just trying to simplify the terms. Kristen and I are working on inserting pics with the script on powerpoint so we got it covered.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I will finish working on simplyfing the language of the script today. You should see the changes I have already made on the ordered script document in buzzword. Also, feel free to change anything that I have already changed or add things. I want to make sure we keep all the information but make is as short and simple as possible.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I finished the script. Please make any changes you feel necessary. I kept some of the old text in the script and changed it to orange. I didn’t want to take it out in case anyone was wondering what the original information was. If you want to take it out permanently please do so. I just didn’t want to overlook anything.

Hey Shawne, I’m going to jump in in script. Dr. Bobele had suggested to do so given that I’m a non native speaker and my vocabulary is more narrow. If the script were to be written at a first grade level, i could do an excellent job
